You have no actual homework over Spring Break! Instead... 

 

1. Finish your autobiographical essay: parts 1-6 (if you have not).

 

2. Go back through your binder and catch up on any missing/ incomplete work so that you are ready to submit your work for the 4th marking period.

 

3. Consider doing the EC current event essay in English... but if you do so, be sure to follow the step by step directions so you maximize the amount of points you gain. 

Remember that your Autobiographical Essay (Pt. 6) is due on Thursday before midnight! 

Add 2 paragraphs to your current 9 paragraph essay. Must include:

- What you do on each day of the week 

- Alternate between ir + a + location AND ir + a + infinitive (for ex: I go to the library on Monday after school, because I have an exam on Tuesday and I am going to study math). 

- Must include 3 places/ infinitive verbs EACH day

- Describe WHY you go to these places and AT WHAT TIME you go as well

A few reminders for getting an 100%

- Make sure to have 8 complex (3 part) sentences about your friend

- You can include sentences with ser, estar and gustar in order to make them complex; for example, "He is tall, strong and athletic; therefore, he likes to practice sports" 

- Remember that there should be NO words written on the actual project (there should only be photos, drawings or clip art)

- Remember to rehearse and practice this presentation over the weekend so that you are ready to go on Monday
