Using the boxes give a detailed explanations of the following concepts.

On the back of the map they will need to be able to give examples of adaptations organisms have that allow them to live in different climate zones (biomes).

In class we watched me do a demonstration using Jar of hot water and cold water and we completed 43L/R. If you did not finish your model and CER be sure to complete over the break. 
If you were absent I have attached a picture of the pages. copy them then write what you think will happen if we place a jar of cold water over a jar of hot water and vise versa. Then watch this video: 
Write and draw what actually happened. 
Remember when you learned in elementary school that heavier things float and lighter things sink. Apply that knowledge to create a model and CER of what is happening at a molecular level to make hot water float and cold water sink.
