Assignment

Great classes today!!!

In summary, we built upon our understanding of John Locke by analyzing how the French and Indian War represented a "threat" that began to "unite" the colonies.

Tasks:

1. Make sure your "annotation practice" is complete (we did this together in class).

2. If you haven't yet done so, finish your "class notes".

3. Complete your "short answer practice" by integrating a quote from Shingas (a Delaware chief), whose primary source is on the back of your annotations.  Remember, you do not need to answer the questions below Shingas' quote, nor do you need to annotate his speech.

Lastly,

Be sure that your John Locke projects are submitted to me by midnight.  So far, I have 147 submissions, which means thirty of you need to finish.

Best,

Mr. Foster

Thanks for being you with the sub.  I've never had a sub leave such a complementary letter, filled with praise for your abilities and behavior, for all classes before this week.  Thank you.

I'll figure out a better way to say thank you.

Mr. Zager said that some of you wanted our Mercantilism readings online, so here they are . . .
