IXL Winter Break Homework -
This homework is to practice and master basic multiplication and division facts as well as to review geometry standards that you learned in 5th grade. It is not recommended to complete all of it in one sitting. Basic fact practice takes a little bit of studying over several weeks or months. You should have memorized all of your multiplication and division facts to 12. Ten of the 18 IXL sections are basic fact practice. If these sections are challenging for you, make flashcards for the facts you don't know (for example, the 7s, 8s or 12s) and then practice them several times a week until you know them by memory. You can also practice on IXL 3rd grade letters F, G, J and K.
