Unit 3 Test is coming the week of December 15th - start preparing now.  Practice adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing with decimals if needed.  Fluency means being able to do the problem quickly and accurately EVERY time.  You can do the practice problems in your textbook on pages 31 through 47.  All odd answers can be checked in the back of the book.  Online resources include buzzmath.com, ixl.com, and khan academy.  Just search any of those sites for the topic that you need to practice.

There will be a graded quiz on adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing with decimals and whole numbers on Monday.  Some students have already mastered this topic but some students need A LOT of practice. Make sure that you practice if you need to.  You can use your textbook (pages 31 to 47, odd answers are in the back), buzzmath.com, or make up your own problems and check the answers using a calculator.  Attached is a worksheet on decimal word problems.  The answers are at the bottom of the paper.
