<div>Dear parents,&nbsp;</div>
<div>I will be on leave beginning on February 13th, returning in April after Spring Break. &nbsp;</div>
<div>I wanted to let you know of some upcoming dates for math class:</div>
<div>Friday February 28th - Fractions Test; Tuesday March 4th - Olympics Project Due</div>
<div>Wednesday March 4th CCMS Open House (6:30 - 8:00pm)&nbsp;</div>
<div>If your child needs help with math, I encourage them to sign up for and attend PAWS.&nbsp; I would also encourage them to practice solving problems using IXL.&nbsp; Students can login to IXL through their Clever account. For fractions, they should focus on 6th grade letters J, K and L.&nbsp; For geometry, they should focus on 6th grade letter FF. The chapters in the textbook that would provide additional support are Chapter 4 for fractions and Chapters 9 and 10 for geometry. In addition, Ms. Monteavlo who teaches 6th and 7th grade math, has tutoring in the school library on Tuesdays and Fridays after school. &nbsp;</div>
<div>CCMS Counselors:A-E Ms. Slemmons F-K Ms. Lizotte L-Q Mr. Brown R-Z Ms. Brown</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Sincerely,&nbsp;</div>
