Think about how you want to open your story. How will you grab the reader's interest? Will you start with dialogue? An interesting description of the setting? An event in action?

Your assignment: Write the first paragraph or two of your personal narrative. Make it a really strong opening. (Remember what we talked about regarding just finishing vs. fully engaging.)
