Personal Narrative - Opening

Write the beginning of your personal narrative. Start with dialogue, a description of the setting or a character, or some kind of action. You want to start off by making reader feel like they are observing the event that's taking place. In other words, show, don't tell. In the opening you should present the basic situation and the conflict. This should all take place within the first one or two paragraphs of your story. When the reader is done reading your opening, they should have an idea of what your story is going to be about.
