- 8th Grade: August 11th 9:00am-12pm
- 7th Grade: August 12th 9:00am-12pm
- 6th Grade: August 13th 8:30am-3pm

At registration, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Pick up textbooks and other instructional materials
- Take your student picture
- Obtain a student ID card
- Review Student & Parent handbook
- Review a draft course schedule and walk classes
- Purchase Class Spirit Items
- Purchase PE Clothes (see the attached flyer)
- Receive information from our community partners (PTSA, CCEF, Panther Partners)
Important reminder: All incoming 7th-grade students must have the Tdap, and the two Varicella shots, or they will not be allowed to attend school. Students without proof of immunizations cannot register for school on August 19th. You may submit proof of immunization in person during office hours, at Registration OR you can submit via email to CCMS Health Office at [email protected].
Re-Registration: In the weeks leading up to Registration, families will be asked to complete the annual online re-registration process through the Aeries Parent Portal. Additional information and instructions will be communicated prior to Registration.
Camp Panther: New Student Orientation August 14th 9:00am-11am
What is Camp Panther? Camp Panther is an activity run by our 8th grade student WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) leaders and staff. We strongly recommend that all Sixth-grade students attend the event on Friday, August 14 from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Students will participate in a campus tour, ice breaker activities, and receive hints and tips from CCMS 8th-grade students who were in their shoes just a few short years ago. This activity is a great way for students to connect while alleviating some of the first-day jitters.
6th Grade families will receive a Camp Panther sign up form on August 1st. Please sign up by August 10th to be included in the Camp Panther fun!

6th Grade Makeup Registration: Friday, August 14th 1-3pm in the Main Office (no pictures). Makeup pictures scheduled for August 27th.

The Office will have limited hours (8a - 3p) for summer from June 30th- August 5th, 2026.
