Hi Panthers! 
Students can submit a referral to see their School Counselor. When it is time to meet with your School Counselor, you will receive a pink hall pass to come to their office. 
Remember- for mental health crisis/ emergency, self harm, or suicidal thoughts, go straight to the counseling office. Do not fill this form out for emergencies.
