What is WEB?
WEB stands for "Where Everybody Belongs." It's a nationally recognized orientation and transition program designed to welcome incoming 6th graders and help them comfortably transition into their new school environment.
At CCMS, trained 8th grade WEB Leaders mentor small groups of 6th graders throughout the year — helping them navigate middle school, build friendships, and feel confident on campus.
Through orientation activities, campus tours, and ongoing check-ins, WEB Leaders serve as positive role models who make sure every new Panther knows they belong.

Want to Apply for WEB?
Please note that this is a competitive activity with cuts. To ensure the success of the program and to properly support the training of WEB students, the program is limited to 100 students. This limit allows WEB Leaders to receive the focused training and mentorship needed to lead effectively, and ensures every incoming 6th grader is paired with a well-prepared, dedicated leader.
Students interested in becoming a WEB Leader should be prepared for a selective process and should put thought and effort into their interview to best showcase their leadership potential.
Congratulations to all of our students that were selected to be WEB Leaders for the 26-27 school year.
The application window will reopen in March for the 27-28 school year.
