- Before you proceed with the questions on this application, review the dates and events that are MANDATORY for WEB Leaders to attend. Please make sure you are available to attend these events BEFORE you apply. If you cannot attend, please do not apply.

- Students may not be in both ASB and WEB

- Applicants must complete this Google Form, the Slide Video AND do the interactive Interview

ALL WEB LEADERS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:

- May Play Day: Thursday, May 28th during Period 6

- WEB Leader Training Days:

Monday, August 10th 9:00-3:00 pm

Tuesday, August 11th 1:00- 4:30 pm

Wednesday, August 12th 1:00- 4:30 pm

- CAMP PANTHER (6th Grade Orientation!): August 14th
