TITLE IX

As required by Title IX, Culver City Middle School does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs or activities. This non-discrimination requirement applies to admission to and employment with Culver City Middle School. Inquiries into issues related to Title IX may be referred to the school's Title IX Coordinator, as identified on our school website, to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the Department of Education, or both.

FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS & PRIVACY ACT (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student educational records and provides parents and eligible students with access to their education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
