Megan Santana joined the CCMS community in 2022. Originally from Connecticut, she attended American University in Washington, D.C., where she earned a double bachelor’s degree in History and Secondary Education in 2012. During her second and third years of teaching, she also earned her master’s degree in Special Education from Catholic University in 2015.
Mrs. Santana later moved to Los Angeles, where she continued her passion for education at a public charter school for seven years before becoming a proud Panther. She is passionate about creating a classroom environment where students engage in meaningful discussions, explore new ideas, and challenge existing ones.
Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Santana has an active social life with close friends, frequent visits to Disney parks on both coasts, and traveling back to Connecticut several times a year to spend time with family.
