📎 Example of how to answer the question: 1. By the end of the semester, I will complete 15 push-ups with proper form. I will achieve this by doing 2 upper body strength workouts per week. 2. I haven't always been doing upper body strength exercises 2 times per week, but normally I achieve at-least one. Prior to answering this question, I attempted as many push-ups as I could and I earned 12. I am really close to my goal! 3. I still need to get 3 more push-ups to achieve my goal so for the rest of the semester I will do 3 upper body strength workouts per week. Over thanksgiving, I will do 4!
