Flipgrid link:
1. Record multiple videos if needed for the 17 minute full body indoor workout
2. Prior to recording the first workout, not on flipgrid, do as many curl-ups as you can with correct form to the cadence and then do as many push-ups. You'll see a google question in the classroom for you to report how many curl-ups and how many push-ups you did!

Those students on live fitness we will be doing the curl-ups and push-ups together! After live fitness, put your number of curl-ups and push-ups as an answer to the google question
