Note to all classes

All class work must be completed before you leave my class to get full credit.

All activity sheets including lab sheet  must be glued in, taped in or staple before the notebook check at the end of the week.

After the lab all Reflections must be written in your notebook before you leave my class.

Please see Rubric for this assignment on Making a Model of an Arthropod. This is a group project and you work with the same group members that you worked with for your booklets.  Groups will use the same Arthropod that you used for your booklet. 

This Assignment is due on 11/20/17 and 11/21/17 for all my classes.If you are going to be ABS please check in with me by Wednesday of this week.

Use your notes and research of the life cycles that was done in class of the monarch butterfly, moth, grasshopper, bee and mayfly to study for this weeks quiz.

Complete your lab Essential Questions and your Lab Reflection (This was the Saving Sam Lab).

Study your Scientific Method notes, and all your glue in activities on the Scientific method, remember to know the differences between a control, depended, independent variable, inference, prediction, hypothesis ect look at the names of the bones in the hand and foot activities that is glued into your notebook such as phalanges ect.

All Classes I forget to add the parts of the Stereo  for the quiz and know the function of these parts.

Please note the assignment is for the students  to observe an animal or pet that they  are interested in and follow the guideline for this assignment. On 9/21/17 and 9/22/17 I will distribute poster paper to all classes for you to completed this assignment on.

Please study all your highlighted and written notes for the quiz on 9/21/17 and 9/22/17.  Remember to look at qualitative and quantitative observations, inferences, classification, bar graph and data table how to interpret what is happening or trend on graph, lab equipment, metric measurement. 3.Please buy a  3 subject (150 pages,  11 '' x 8 1/2''  spiral notebook. Please make sure that the  

   front cover of the notebook  is plastic.

 

 

 Look at the Science Pictures  and choose one picture to write a summary 

On the back side of the picture draw a line and  write a summary on the top half of the paper explaining what your picture represent. Write as many details as possible. It is ok if you want to use the internet for more research. On the bottom half of  your paper draw your picture.
