Student Enrollment Process!

STEP ONE:

New students must enroll ONLINE. To get started enrolling a new student, please visit ccusd.org. Please verify the school year for which you are enrolling!

 **during summer months, please reach out to sfss@ccusd.org for enrollment questions and verification.

STEP TWO:

After enrolling online, contact your home school (residents) or assigned school (permit students) for an appointment to submit originals of the following required documents:
 
*Verification of Parent/Guardian Identity (Photo ID)
*Proof of residency in Culver City or an Interdistrict Permit approved by the CCUSD Permit Office.
*Proof of birth (ORIGINAL birth certificate with parent names)
*Current immunizations
*Most recent report card

 

Note: Enrollment of students with special needs begins in the Special Education Department. To place students appropriately and provide needed services, please submit a copy of the most recent IFSP or IEP to the District Office prior to scheduling an appointment to verify enrollment.

STEP THREE:   Attend Registration corresponding to your student's grade level listed below - Registration is required for all newly enrolled AND returning students.

Instructions for Parent/Guardians to prepare for the registration process…

 

Registration paperwork is ONLINE only via the Parent Portal. Once completing the registration steps, you will need to bring a signed copy of the following documents:

  • Emergency/Parent Acknowledgement Card (To generate the Emergency Card you must hit the button at the bottom of the screen) “PRINT NEW EMERGENCY CARD”
  • Disaster Release Form
  • 8th Grade Contract (8th graders only)

 

These signed, completed documents must be turned in at registration in order to receive your new class schedule.
